So sometimes you need to switch off the brain to heal the soul. This can be interpreted in hundreds of ways - as varied as life itself. We recommend the following wisdom delivered through the practice of Tai Chi.


Tai Chi, "the source of being, from which everything is born," is a sequence of exercises with slow, flowing movements of meditative character that originated from a Chinese technique of self-defense. In practicing it , you let the world be the world for a while and concentrate on your body and your inner self. Try it out yourself and enjoy the peace of mind and soul.

Tea strengthens your immune system

In the East, tea has long been considered the key to health, happiness and even wisdom for thousands of years. It has thus attracted the attention of Western researchers, who are now discovering the many health benefits of different types of tea.


Studies have shown that some teas can help combat certain diseases, but with the right ingredients, tea also yields preventive qualities to maintain your health.


Here we would like to introduce you to a tried and tested recipe for a tea formulated to strengthen your immune system. It consists mainly of roots, berries and seeds. You can get these in almost any Chinese grocery store.


500 ml cold water

3 - 4 slices of ginger

3 - 4 pieces Jujube

5 - 7 pieces of cardamom

1 piece cinnamon

2 pieces of aniseed

3 - 5 dried longan fruits

15 - 20 thin slices of ginseng

Add all ingredients to water and bring to a slow boil. Then reduce heat and let simmer at a low temperature for another 20 minutes. Enjoy while warm and feel the benefits!
