Treatment Procedure

Diagnosis

The diagnosis begins with a personal consultation with the therapist. During this conversation, you will have the opportunity to describe your symptoms, concerns, and health questions in a calm and supportive setting.

An important part of diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the tongue and pulse analysis. These methods provide the therapist with additional information about the energetic balance of the body.

By combining the consultation with tongue and pulse diagnosis, the therapist can gain a holistic understanding of your health and plan an individualized treatment.

The diagnostic assessment is always part of the first treatment, even if you have not booked a separate diagnostic session.

Individual Treatment

Each treatment is individually tailored to your symptoms and personal situation.

Depending on the diagnosis, different methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine may be used, for example:

  • Acupuncture

  • Tuina massage

  • Cupping

  • Gua Sha

  • Moxibustion

Together with you, the therapist will decide which treatment methods are most suitable for your condition.

Frequency of Treatments

At the beginning of a therapy, it is often recommended to schedule one to two treatments per week. This helps support the body and stimulate the healing process.

As your symptoms improve, the intervals between treatments can usually be extended.

The exact frequency of treatments always depends on your individual situation. Your therapist will discuss a suitable treatment plan with you.

Note on Individual Treatment

Every person responds differently to treatment. For this reason, each therapy plan is adjusted individually.

Your therapist will guide you throughout the treatment process and adapt the therapy whenever necessary.
