推拿按摩 Tuina Massage

Traditional Chinese Massage

Indications & Areas of Application

Tuina massage is a traditional manual therapy within Traditional Chinese Medicine. It combines targeted massage techniques, mobilization, acupressure, and energetic treatment approaches to support the body’s natural self-regulation. In our practice in Zurich, Tuina is used for both acute and chronic conditions and is individually adapted to each patient.

Today, Tuina is increasingly recognized as a complementary therapy in integrative medicine and is often used alongside physiotherapy and conventional medical treatments.
